Size Chart

Return & Exchange

Item can be returned within 14 days of delivery; however, custom charges will not be refunded until there is an issue from our end in customization. Please see below return conditions:

1. Standard Size:
We make the jackets according to the size chart given. So always check the size chart before placing the order. Still if the jacket does not fit than the buyer can return the jacket where buyer has to pay for return shipping. If the jacket measurements are not according to the size chart than we will provide the return shipping label. We will inspect the jacket and make the refund.

2. Custom sizing:
We always make the jackets according to buyer's custom measurements. If still the jacket does not fit the buyer can return the jacket where the buyer has to pay for the shipping. If the jacket measurements are not as the buyer instructed than we will provide the return shipping label.

3. Embroidery/Patches issues:
We always do our best to make the embroidery and patches as exactly the buyer wants. If there is an issue with the embroidery/patches due to buyer's mistake the return shipping will be paid by the buyer and custom patches and embroidery charges will not be refunded. In this case only jacket charges will be refunded. If we have made the mistake in embroidery/Patches than we will pay for return shipping and all the jacket charges including custom charges will be refunded.

Damages:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged we will pay for the return shipping and ship a new jacket to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. If there are any mistakes from our end we will make the jacket again and ship it to you at our costs. However, if there are any sizing issues, the custom charges and shipping charges will be applied again.


Please Follow below process to return the jackets.
1. Buyer Paid Shipping
If shipping is paid by buyer the buyer will ship the jacket back to above given return address.
2. Seller Paid shipping
If shipping is paid by us (seller) than we will provide you an electronic prepaid shipping label for USPS(United States Postal Service). The buyer will visit nearest USPS facility and ship the item using the shipping label. In case of international return seller does not have the access to courier service in buyer's Country so the buyer will pay the the return shipping. Upon receipt of the return seller will pay for the shipping paid by the buyer with original refund amount.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Item can be returned within 14 days of delivery but custom charges will not be refunded until there is an issue from our end in customization. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipment Rules and Processing Times

  • All Plain jackets individual orders handling time is 5-6 working days.
  • Custom Jackets are prepared within 10-14 days depending on the customization.
  • Bulk orders will take more time according to the customization and quantity. Please contact us for bulk order handling and shipping time.
  • DHL, FedEx, or UPS shipping transit 4-6 days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping is free However there may be custom and duty charges in many Countries which are payable by the buyer (If applicable) according to their Import laws.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
